Fines and fees for all library materials except equipment borrowed from the Studios Technology Lending Desk can be paid in the following ways.

We recommend that you use the Online payment method, using funds on your Hokie Passport card, or send in your checks or money orders by mail, as indicated below. Check My Library Account for any fines you may have.

Online: Fines can be paid online using the Hokie Passport payment form, but not with debit or credit cards. To add funds to your Hokie Passport, please see the following FAQ.

In Person: If fines have not been sent to the Bursar's Office, they may be paid at the Newman Services Desk on the second floor of Newman Library. You may pay with funds on your Hokie Passport, check, or money order. We do no accept cash, credit, or debit cards.

By Mail: Please include your account information and make checks or money orders payable to Treasurer, Virginia Tech and mail to: User Services, 560 Drillfield Drive, Blacksburg, VA 24061.

Please note that any charges that have been sent to Accounts Receivable at the Bursar's Office must be paid at the Cashier's Window in the Student Services building at the Bursar's Office. Payments will be visible on the account the next business day.
